We don’t mean meditating in the sense of Eastern mysticism where meditation is an emptying of the mind in order to escape from the world. Reformation Journals employ biblical meditation which is just the opposite. Biblical meditation is saturating the mind with God’s word, thinking and praying deeply about it, and allowing it to settle within us in order that we can live a Spirit-filled life IN the world.
“Reformation Journals focused me on God and gave me a battle plan specific to what I was fighting against. It was timely, eye-opening and easy to do.”
I have struggled with anxiety for some time. Reformation Journals led me to examine what was at the root of my anxiety. It showed me how my anxiety was robbing my faith and leading to unbelief. It taught me what I should be doing differently to remain in my faith. But most importantly, I learned what journaling was and the positive impacts it had on my life as well the powerful medicine that journaling has become for my anxiety.
